Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the I get movin app and related services ("I get movin", "we", "us"). Please read them carefully. By using I get movin, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement to terms
By downloading, installing, or using I get movin, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use I get movin on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. License to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use I get movin for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, consistent with the Apple Media Services and App Store terms. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or create derivative or competing products from the app, or remove any proprietary notices, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
3. The service & calendar access
I get movin finds free, good-weather windows in your day and, with your permission, books activities on your connected calendar. When you connect Google Calendar and book, reschedule, or cancel a session — or enable automatic scheduling — you authorize I get movin to create, update, and delete the corresponding calendar events on your behalf.
To provide this, I get movin runs a server-side service: we store an encrypted access token for your calendar and the scheduling data described in our Privacy Policy so the app can read your availability and manage your booked activities, including in the background when your device is offline. You can disconnect your calendar at any time, which revokes and deletes that token. We aim to schedule accurately but do not guarantee that every booking, reschedule, or cancellation will complete without error.
4. Subscriptions & payments
- Subscription required. Using I get movin requires an active I get movin Pro subscription, offered monthly and annually. Pro includes automatic scheduling and rescheduling, manual booking, Google Calendar integration, Apple Health activity matching, Momentum, and Trends.
- Billing. Purchases are made through your Apple App Store account and billed to it. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
- Refunds. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.
- Trials & changes. We may offer free trials or introductory pricing at our discretion, and may change subscription pricing prospectively with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.
5. Your content & data
You retain ownership of your data — your calendar events, preferences, home location, activities, and workouts. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process this data to operate I get movin for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the events I get movin creates on your calendar at your direction.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: using it unlawfully; interfering with or disrupting the service or its infrastructure; attempting to gain unauthorized access; scraping or abusing our APIs; or using I get movin in any way that infringes the rights of others.
7. Health & safety
I get movin is a scheduling and activity-tracking tool, not a medical device or a source of medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any new exercise routine. You are responsible for your own safety: stay aware of your surroundings, obey traffic and local laws, and use good judgment about weather and conditions. Weather forecasts and daylight estimates are provided by third parties and may be inaccurate.
8. Disclaimers & limitations of liability
I get movin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that scheduling, weather data, notifications, or calendar operations will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I get movin and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, missed events, scheduling errors, or injuries arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Intellectual property
The I get movin app, its code, design, logos, and the "I get movin" name are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. You may not use our branding without our prior written permission.
10. Termination
You may stop using I get movin at any time. You can delete your account from inside the app at Settings › Delete account, or by contacting us; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what deletion removes. Deleting your account does not cancel an I get movin Pro subscription, which Apple bills and which you cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, use the service unlawfully, or abuse the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
11. Updates & modifications
We may update the app and modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Third-party services
I get movin relies on third-party services including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and weather data providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which I get movin is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. Where permitted by law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled on an individual basis. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding I get movin. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our consent.
